Getting Started

You’re ready to explore our solutions. Getting started takes less than 5 minutes by following these 3 simple steps:

  1. Sign Up with your email address and by choosing your password
  2. Log In with your credentials
  3. Account Setup to start using the platform

1. Sign Up

Create your credentials

  1. Visit our Sign Up page
  2. Enter your professional email address
  3. Choose a secure password
  4. A confirmation email will be sent automatically
  5. Click the confirmation link to activate your account

Notes:

  • Use your professional email address to ease integration with your work environment.
  • If you see the error message: An error occurred, please try again later, you probably already have an account. Try to Log In instead of signing up. If the problem persists, use the "Forgot password?" option.

2. Log In

Log in for the first time

  1. Go to Log In
  2. Enter your credentials
  3. You will be directed to the setup form

Note: You can log in anytime using the Log In button located at the top right of our website: www.medassistant.ca

3. Account Setup

Complete your registration with the setup form

Professional Profile

  • Fill in your personal and professional information
  • Specify your medical specialty
  • Indicate the type of facility where you practice

Tool Selection

Choose the solutions that best fit your practice:

  • Smart Questionnaires: To optimize your pre-consultations
  • Smart Scribes: To automate your consultation notes
  • Complete Solution: Combine questionnaires and scribes for maximum efficiency
