Combining patient questionnaires with the Scribe feature provides enriched clinical documentation by leveraging both information sources to generate complete and accurate notes.

This integration preserves all the functionalities offered by the scribe and the questionnaire, ensuring an optimal experience without compromising the capabilities of each tool.

Why combine Scribes with Questionnaires?​

Using questionnaires together with audio recording allows you to:

  • Improve note quality with comprehensive data
  • Add details from the recording that are not covered by the questionnaire
  • Create a single note that combines all available information

How it works​

  1. Questionnaire: Open the form with your patient's information
  2. Scribe: Start a recording from the form
  3. Enhanced Note: The generated note synthesizes both information sources

Note: Each new recording note created from a questionnaire will appear above the previous ones.
