Troubleshooting
Certain situations may prevent you from using the application correctly. We are aware of this and do our best to avoid it.
However, there are several measures that can help you quickly or temporarily in certain situations:
Login and Authentication Issues
- If you forgot your credentials, you can use the "Forgot password" feature.
- If you were added by a manager from your organization, use the same email address that your manager used when inviting you. In case of problems, contact your manager directly.
Account Verification
Make sure your account is activated. If you just created your account, you need to activate it before logging in for the first time. Check all inboxes for the email address you registered with.
No transcription after a recording
- Check your internet connection.
- Try recording with the mobile version on your smartphone. The note will still be accessible from your computer.
- Try using another browser, such as "Firefox".
- Try using a different operating system, for example "Windows" if you are on "Mac", or vice versa.
Problem generating an AI note
The issue may be due to one of our providers. Try regenerating a note using another AI model.
