AI Note

The Scribe feature automatically generates a structured clinical note from the audio recording of your consultations. This modern approach optimizes medical documentation while maintaining the quality and safety of care.

Transcription​

The system converts your audio recording into a full text transcript, faithfully capturing the entire conversation between you and your patient. This complete transcription remains accessible at all times for review and verification.

Structured AI Note​

From this transcription, artificial intelligence automatically generates a structured clinical note organized into relevant sections for your consultation, typically including elements such as reason for consultation, history, physical exam, diagnostic impression, and care plan.

This structure complies with medical documentation standards and uses appropriate clinical vocabulary developed in collaboration with associated healthcare professionals.

Verification​

Each generated note requires your full review before use. The system provides several tools to facilitate this verification.

Access to the Transcription​

The full transcript remains available at all times, allowing you to:

  • Verify the accuracy of the reported information
  • Review details omitted or summarized in the note
  • Check the precision of technical or specialized elements

Direct Editing​

The generated note includes an intuitive editor that allows:

  • Direct modification of the content based on your observations
  • Addition of complementary clinical information
  • Terminology corrections or medical precision adjustments

Note Regeneration​

If the generated note does not meet your expectations, the system allows you to regenerate the note by adjusting the parameters:

  • Category
  • Subcategory
  • Additional details

This customization improves the note’s relevance according to the exact clinical context.

Regeneration is especially useful for:

  • Correcting an inadequate diagnostic orientation
  • Adapting vocabulary to a particular specialty
  • Rebalancing emphasis based on case complexity

Export​

  • Export to EMR: Use the small copy button located at the top right of your note to then paste it into your electronic medical record
  • Standard hospital forms: PDF tab allows you to pre-fill your typical hospital forms (progress notes, emergency, medical consultation, outpatient consultation). Contact us if any forms you need are missing
