Settings
Settings allow you to customize the Scribe feature according to your clinical needs and documentation preferences. They are accessible from your account settings under the Scribe and Templates sections.
Transcription Language
By default, the transcription system automatically detects up to 99 languages to accurately capture your consultations, even in a multilingual context.
To optimize transcription accuracy and speed, you can manually select the desired language (French, English, or Spanish), ensuring optimal performance.
Recording Deletion
Recordings are automatically deleted after 14 days. This value is currently fixed, but if your practice requires a different retention period, please contact our team to explore available options. [email protected]
End of Note Text
You can add custom text at the end of your generated notes, adapted according to the patient’s consent status. The custom text only appears when you copy the note and does not show in the review interface.
In Scribe settings, there is a field for Text added – Without patient consent and one for Text added – With patient consent.
Templates
Templates allow you to create customized mental and physical exams that automatically integrate into your notes in the exam section when the corresponding topic is recognized in the recording. The content adapts based on what is discussed during the consultation.
Use Case
- You start a recording and your patient mentions knee pain that prevents them from walking normally
- You generate the note
- The generated note will include in the physical exam section a "Knee exam" that adjusts to indicate the presence of a "limp."
Configuration
Default templates are active by default. From your settings under the Templates section, you can:
- Modify existing mental and physical exams according to your clinical approach
- Restore default mental and physical exams to their original state if you have modified them
- Add or remove your own mental and physical exams
- Enable or disable mental and physical exams
