Adding Users

Whether you are a regular user of the application or a manager, you can add users to your account at any time.

Adding a User

To add a user to your organization, go to the Users section and:

  1. Click the Add User button.
  2. Enter the requested information: last name, first name, email address, phone number, and the role(s) you want to assign to them.

Notes

  • If the roles you want to assign are not selectable, it means you are out of available roles. Please refer to the Adding or Removing Roles section.
  • The user should normally receive an email notifying them that you have added them to your account, inviting them to register if they do not already have an account, or simply informing them of their new roles within your organization.
  • In case of any issues, refer them to the Sign Up section. It is important to check spam/junk folders in case the email ends up there.

Removing a User

To remove a user from your organization, go to the Users section and select the appropriate delete option.

Adding / Removing Roles

To see how many roles you have available and to modify them, go to the Organization tab and then the ROLES table. You can adjust the effective roles for the account there.

Procedure

In the ROLES table, follow these steps:

  1. Select the appropriate option
  2. Choose the desired role (e.g., professional role)
  3. Use the "-" or "+" button to remove/add a role
  4. In the case of removal, select the user from whom to revoke access
  5. Confirm the role modification

Note: Fees may apply depending on the roles added or removed. These fees will be communicated transparently.

Practical Example

Suppose you want to add a user with a professional role to your organization.

Initial Situation:
Roles this month, Professional: 1/1 (you are using your only professional role)

Step 1 – Add a Role:
Before adding the user, you first need to add an additional professional role in the ROLES table.
Result: Roles this month, Professional: 1/2 (1 role used out of 2 available)

Step 2 – Add the User:
Once the new role is added, you can add your user and assign them the professional role.
Final result: Roles this month, Professional: 2/2 (all roles are now assigned)
