Roles

Roles define the access levels and responsibilities of the different types of users on the platform. Each role has specific permissions perfectly suited to its functions.
This page presents the available roles, their access rights, and all the features associated with each.

Manager

Managers have a full administrative role to effectively oversee their organization. They have privileged access to the management of the organization, users, billing, and usage statistics, while maintaining the confidentiality of patients’ clinical and personal data.

  • Organization: Managers have full control over their organization’s information, which they can edit at any time, as well as the questionnaires and scribes subscribed to by their organization.

  • Users: Managers manage the users in their organization. They can add new users according to available roles, modify their permissions, remove them from the organization, or update their personal information.

  • Statistics: Managers have access to detailed dashboards presenting the platform usage statistics, allowing them to optimize resource usage.

  • Billing: Managers have an overview of billing, with the ability to manage different payment methods and view the full history of past billing as well as future projections. If needed, they can also temporarily suspend billing, for example during a temporary break in activity or a subscription change.

Professional

Professionals interact directly with patients, who share their personal information and clinical data with them. They have access to the platform’s key features:

Questionnaires

Using questionnaires allows users with the Professional role to fully interact with forms, both for preparing and following up on consultations. Depending on the options enabled by the organization, they may access the following features:

  • Sending questionnaires

  • Completing questionnaires

  • Viewing responses

  • Generating an AI Note

Scribes

Professionals also have the privilege of using the Scribe feature, either on its own or in combination with questionnaires.

Note: The features available to professionals depend on the options subscribed to by the organization.

Assistant

Assistants support users with the Professional role by helping them on-site to fill out questionnaires or send them to patients when needed:

  • Sending questionnaires

  • Completing questionnaires

However, they do not have access to patients’ clinical or personal data.

Tablet

Designed to improve accessibility, the Tablet role allows patients who do not have access to the technology needed to complete questionnaires to do so autonomously or with assistance, directly in the facility.

  • Completing questionnaires

Note: Usage is intended exclusively in kiosk mode, in a supervised setting — meaning on dedicated devices.
