Send

Efficient delivery of questionnaires to your patients is a key success factor.
That’s why we offer several flexible options that adapt to the specific constraints and realities of each clinical environment.

Adopting our solutions follows a natural learning curve: teams that gradually integrate our tools into their practice achieve completion rates above 66%, generating substantial savings in time and human resources.

Sending methods

From the platform, the Send Questionnaires section allows you to send a questionnaire to a patient using the method that best suits your needs.

  • Email: enter a single email address or a list of addresses (up to 100, separated by spaces or semicolons)
  • SMS: enter a mobile phone number to send a link via text message (currently only numbers with the +1 country code are supported)
  • QR Code: generate a unique QR code, particularly useful for in-clinic collection
  • Link: copy a unique link that you can share in a generic email or send automatically via EMR integration (see EMR Integration)

Recommendations:

  • We recommend sharing the questionnaire no more than 24 hours in advance to improve the relevance of patient responses
  • Text messages generally work better than emails

Sending options

You have several options for managing questionnaire delivery:

  • Manually: a dedicated sending page allows the healthcare professional or an assistant to send questionnaires to patients
  • Automatically: integrate questionnaires into your regular workflow (see EMR Integration)

EMR Integration

Integration with your electronic medical record is simple: just copy the generic link for a questionnaire (generated when sending a questionnaire in the Send Questionnaires > Link section) into the appropriate field in your EMR software.

Currently supported on DME, Telus, Omnimed, and Medfar (coming soon).

To improve patient adoption, we recommend adding an explanatory message in the patient portal or appointment reminder:

Please complete this questionnaire BEFORE your appointment:

In-clinic collection

You can also have patients complete questionnaires directly in your waiting area:

  • Tablet in kiosk mode: by making tablets available in the waiting room, patients enjoy a simple and fast pre-check-in experience
  • QR Code: display a QR code at reception so patients can start the questionnaire as soon as they arrive, independently
  • Access delegation: grant access to your administrative staff (assistant or other team member) to send smart questionnaires

Recommendation: Always keep a few tablets available on-site so patients without the necessary technology can complete their form.
You can contact us at [email protected] to purchase devices if needed.
