Completed questionnaires are automatically delivered to your inbox with an "unread" indicator. The interface refreshes in real time as new forms arrive.
Filtering Forms
The list of completed forms can be filtered in various ways depending on your needs.
By default, if you work in a team, only the forms intended for you, completed by you, or not assigned to anyone in particular are displayed. If you are the only person using MedAssistant, all forms are visible without filtering.
Filtering by User
You can change the filter by selecting another user based on two criteria:
- All: displays all forms
- User: forms intended for, created by, or with no specific recipient
- Recipient: users to whom the forms are assigned
- Respondents: users who created the forms
Filtering by Form Type
The list can be filtered by:
- Type: questionnaire, scribe, or document
- Read Status: read or unread forms
Indicators and Statuses
When you receive a form, the interface automatically updates with visual indicators. An icon signals new unread forms, while a badge shows the number of reasons for consultation provided by the patient to help you better prepare for the interview. The most recent forms are always displayed at the top of the list.
For each form, you have read/unread status options, as well as archiving and deletion tools.
Archiving and Deleting
Forms can be archived and accessed via a dedicated tab. Forms can also be permanently deleted at any time by right-clicking on the form. Otherwise, forms are automatically deleted after 14 days.
Notifications
You can choose to receive email notifications each time a completed form is received.
To enable notifications:
- Go to Settings
- Select the Preferences section
- Configure notifications for the organizations where you have the Professional role
