Introduction

Why edit forms?

Editing forms allows you to customize patient data collection to match your specific needs, internal procedures, and the context of your medical practice. This flexibility ensures that the information collected is relevant and useful for improving patient follow-up and the quality of care.

Use cases:

  • Healthcare professional: a form tailored to your practice.

  • Group of professionals: multiple practitioners from the same clinic or department can share and use common forms. This helps standardize information collection (for example, specific clinical data types) and ensures consistency across the medical staff.

  • Healthcare institution: a clinic or hospital can define standardized forms at the institutional level. This promotes uniform data collection adapted to the specific needs of the facility.

How does it work?

Each form belongs to a forms group, which allows you to organize forms sharing common elements.

Thanks to this organization:

  • You can easily manage multiple forms from a single location,
  • Standardize the collected information,
  • Dynamically adapt patient workflows based on their responses.

It is possible to create or modify a forms group, as well as the forms it contains.
