The organization's information, professions, tools offered, plan and data retention.
The Manager role sets up the organization: its information, tools, users and billing. The manager doesn't see any clinical patient data; to use the Scribe or read reports, they also need the Professional role.
Choose Organization in the sidebar. The page has several tabs.
Information
The organization's name, phone number and address, and its logo (PNG or JPEG, 675 KB at most), used in particular on calendar invoices. The Organization ID is used for support requests. Save with the Unsaved changes bar that appears at the bottom of the screen.
Professions
The professions practised in your organization. MedAssistant uses them to offer you content specific to these professions, such as diagrams to annotate. Choose Edit to adjust them.
Forms / Scribes
The questionnaires and scribes your organization has access to, with the date of access. They're included in your subscription at no cost.
- Add opens the catalogue of tools published for your service: check the ones you want.
- An added tool becomes available to all professionals in the organization.

Roles
The number of seats per role, and how to add or remove them. See Roles and seats.
Plan
Your plan's name, its description, the billed products and their prices, and the included benefits. During the trial, these rates apply once the trial period ends.
Data retention
How long audio, transcriptions, notes and reports are kept before being deleted. See Data retention.
