Statistics
Track how your team uses questionnaires, the Scribe and the agent.
Choose Statistics in the sidebar (Manager role). Statistics cover tool usage, never the content of reports.
Choose the period
Set Start and End (the last month by default), then Refresh.
Completions
The tiles count the period's reports: Forms, Scribes, Forms + Scribes, Files and Agents.
Time tab
Time spent filling in questionnaires, filtered by role (Professional, Assistant, Tablet or Links, meaning patients who answer remotely):
- By user: each person's average time;
- Distribution: the number of questionnaires per duration bracket;
- Quantity: the number of questionnaires per hour or per day.
The overall and per-role average times appear at the top.
Forms and Scribes tabs
The Number of completions by form or by scribe, with the average time, filtered by questionnaire group. Useful to see which tools your team really uses.
