Invite a colleague with your code and earn rewards on your subscription.
Recommend MedAssistant to a colleague: they get an extended trial, and you receive rewards on your invoice.
Who can refer
Referrals are for professionals who manage their own organization: an account that is both manager and professional, in a single organization, with an active subscription and a single Professional seat. If your account is eligible, Referrals appears in the account menu and in Billing.
Share your code
The Referrals tab shows Your referral code and a Link to share. Copy either one and send it to your colleague. They can also enter the code at the last step of signing up, under Have a referral code?.
Rewards
Your colleague signs up with your code and gets a longer free trial than the usual one. The length is shown on your referrals page.
They use the Scribe regularly during their trial: you receive a discount on your next invoice. The threshold (number of recordings, days and minutes) and the amount appear on your page, with each colleague's progress.
They pay their first month after the trial: your following invoice is entirely free.
Rules
- Rewards are added to your organization's next invoice, one at a time, as long as your subscription is active.
- Referrals are only for new organizations. A sign-up paid with the same card as yours isn't eligible.
- The list of referred organizations shows the status of each reward: pending, earned, applied or lost.
