Editor overview

Adapt your organization's questionnaires, documents and scribes.

The editor adapts your organization's tools to your practice: the questions asked to patients, the documents to read and sign, and the scribes offered to professionals.

Who can use it

The Editor entry, in the Configuration section of the sidebar, appears for professionals who have at least one of these permissions:

These permissions are granted by the MedAssistant team. To get them, write to us at [email protected].

Groups and questionnaires

Questionnaires are organized into groups. A group brings together questionnaires that share the same elements: the same patient identification, the same decision tree that steers patients to the right questionnaire, the same notices and consents. Changing a shared element changes it for every questionnaire in the group.

Examples:

  • A professional adapts a group to their practice.
  • A team shares common questionnaires to collect the same data.
  • An institution standardizes its questionnaires across all its clinics.

Create a group

In the Forms tab, choose Add a forms group, then:

  • Manual add: a blank group, or a copy of an existing group, with all its questionnaires or just one;
  • AI generator: enter the Medical specialty and, if needed, Details about the target clientele. You can provide a group whose tree serves as an example and up to ten example questionnaires. Generation takes a few minutes; keep the window open.

An organization can have up to 100 questionnaire groups. Rename, in the list, changes the group's name in French and English.
