Choose the scribes offered to professionals, their glossary and their instructions.
The editor's Scribes tab is for people who have the Scribe editor permission. It sets up the scribes offered to your organization's professionals.
Offered scribes
Offered scribes chooses the scribes visible in the Scribe, their name and their order. At least one scribe must stay visible.
Add a scribe creates a new scribe, from the default instructions or from a copy of an existing scribe. The English name serves as the identifier. To delete a scribe, hide it first and save.
Glossary
The Glossary helps the transcription recognize terms specific to your practice: names of medications, places and colleagues, abbreviations. Up to 1,000 terms per language, 64 characters each. The list can be imported and exported as JSON, and each change is saved right away.
Instructions and offered settings
Instructions contains the scribe's writing instructions. Offered settings defines the options that professionals find in their note preferences: their choices, the default value, the examples and the Sensitive label.
A change that would remove an option already chosen by users is refused. Test your changes on a few recordings before rolling them out more widely.
