Documents

Add PDFs that the patient reads and attests, with their notice and consent.

The editor's Documents tab manages the PDFs your patients must read to the last page and, if needed, attest: consent form, pre-operative instructions, information about a treatment. It requires the Document editor permission.

Add a document

  1. Open a document group.
  2. Drag a PDF into the window, one file at a time.
  3. Associate a notice or a consent with it, as for a questionnaire. The identification is shared by the group.

A file with the same name as an existing document replaces it, keeping its associations. The file name is 64 characters at most (letters, digits, spaces and . _ - ( )).

Manage documents

  • Open a document in the viewer, download it or rename it.
  • The Storage indicator shows the space used: 1 GB per organization.

Send a document

A document is sent like a questionnaire, from Send forms (see Send a questionnaire). Once read or attested, it arrives in the inbox with the type Files.
