Scribe
Scribe with a questionnaire or an agent
Record the visit from the patient's report for a note that takes their answers into account.
When the patient filled out a questionnaire or spoke with the pre-visit agent before their visit, record the visit from their report. The Scribe then relies on two sources: what the patient reported before the visit, and what was said during the visit.
Why combine them
- The note includes details from the questionnaire that the conversation did not cover.
- You don't have to ask again what the patient already answered.
- Everything stays in a single report: patient answers, recordings and notes.
How to do it
Open the questionnaire or agent report in the inbox.
Click Scribe for this report. The Scribe opens in the Tools panel, with the banner The note will be added to this report.
Record as usual, then Finish and generate note.
The note appears in the report: under the AI notes tab of a questionnaire, or under Recordings in an agent report. Each new recording is added above the previous ones.
Good to know
- The patient's answers serve as context: the note includes them as information reported by the patient, without copying them word for word.
- The patient's identification comes from the report; you don't have to enter it.
- A note linked to a questionnaire or an agent report is kept as long as that report (see Data retention).
- Only one Scribe session can be open at a time. If a session linked to a report is already open, MedAssistant offers to resume it.
